Shipping Policy for GROmagic Bags

1. General Guidelines:

GROmagic Bags delivers products globally, so you can shop with us wherever you are. We aim to process your order as quickly as possible to ensure that it arrives at your door as soon as possible.

2. Order Processing:

Upon receiving your order, we typically require 1-2 business days for processing. An email confirmation with the shipping details and a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Method:

GROmagic Bags offers both standard and expedited shipping methods. Shipping fees are based on the destination, the shipping method chosen and the weight of your goods.

4. Delivery Times:

Standard shipping usually takes between 7-10 business days, depending on the destination. Express shipping typically arrives in 2-3 business days. These estimates do not include possible delays caused by payment authorizations and/or stock availability.

5. Shipping Destinations:

GROmagic Bags ships to all addresses worldwide except for PO Boxes, military APO/DPO/FPO and the non-continental states.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

All international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once the package arrives in the destination country. GROmagic Bags has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

7. Missed Deliveries:

If you miss a delivery, a notice with the steps to either reschedule a delivery or collect the package will be left. Packages will be returned to GROmagic Bags if they are not picked up or delivery is not rescheduled within the timeframe set by the courier.

8. Undelivered Packages:

GROmagic Bags is not responsible for packages once they have been handed to the courier. If a package is undelivered, please contact the courier with the tracking information provided in the shipping confirmation email.

9. Changes and Cancellations:

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes or cancel it before shipping. If you need to change or cancel your order, please wait until it arrives and follow the returns procedure.

10. Shipping Delays:

We are not liable for any delays in shipping caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs, holidays, natural disasters, etc.).
